Lessons Description

30 minute, small group (maximum 6 children) swimming lesson for 3-7 year olds. Stage 1 swimmers - For children in the first stages of learning to swim. Swimmers will use floats most of the time. Parents can choose to be in the water or not. Sessions are FUN play-based to build confidence while introducing key skills such as coordinated movement, floating, and breath control.
