Lessons Description

30 minute, small group (maximum 6 children) swimming lesson for 3-7 year olds. Stage 1 For children at the beginning of their aquatic adventures. Swimmers use floats unless supported by me or a parent/guardian. Parents can choose whether to be in the water or not. Sessions are play-based, focusing on building confidence while introducing key skills such as coordinated movement, floating, breath control and water safety.
